About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Consultant for a 3-month client engagement. In this role, you’ll work directly with client leaders to diagnose challenges, design innovative change initiatives, and deliver actionable strategies that create lasting results. This is a fast-paced, project-based opportunity to make an immediate impact while collaborating with a dynamic, forward-thinking team.

You Will

•  Engage & Analyze: Collaborate with client leadership to understand business 

• Strategize & Innovate: Develop and deliver tailored organizational development strategies, leveraging data and modern frameworks to drive change.
• Implement Change: Lead the design and execution of change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions with clear communication and training.
• Measure Impact: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress, making data-informed adjustments along the way.
• Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders, sharing insights and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  

You Are

• A strategic thinker with 5+ years in organizational development, change management, or consulting.
• Passionate about leveraging modern tools and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma) to drive transformation.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills, able to translate insights into innovative strategies.
• An excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptable, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
